This committee is charged with enhancing interaction between business and education in our region. Members of the committee represent area businesses, educational institutions and community organizations working in a collaborative effort to improve the future of our local economy.
Today’s students are tomorrow’s workers and leaders. By improving the relevance of their educational experience we seek to help students develop roots and a sense of loyalty to our city and region. They will become the best and brightest and pursue vital exiting careers right here. This highly competent workforce will create and attract more business and industry. In this way we expect our efforts to provide a strong local economy.
The committee meets every second Tuesday of each month from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

IMAGE FRESNO COMMITTEE
The only standing forums dedicated solely to positively promoting Fresno result in the merger on April 2005 of two groups — Fresno Beautiful Coalition and the ImageFresno Collaborative
The coalition is diverse, with representative from the County of Fresno, Caltrans, Downtown Association, Tree Fresno, City of Fresno, and Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce.
Built on a shared vision – that the greater Fresno area should present itself positively, clearly and professionally. When it does so, residents and businesses benefit.
The committee meets every fourth Friday of each month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
