Political Action Committee

The Fresno Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee was created in 1993. The purpose of the committee is to enhance and support the Chamber’s ability to participate in the electoral process by actively recruiting and identifying qualified candidates to run for office at the local and state levels, educating members on issues affecting the electoral process and government in general, and providing political endorsements, in the form of financial contributions and/or other election support to local, state, and federal candidates who have voiced and demonstrated an understanding of issues affecting the business community.

The PAC is composed of Chamber members who are passionate and dedicated to executing the mission of the committee. These individuals help raise the necessary funding to help elect the candidates they have identified as the best choice for the business community.
