‘Uber and stuff’: Tequila Fest attendees plan safe rides home

Fresno Police have increased their presence around Tequila Fest to ensure the safety of attendees, with officers in uniform, undercover, and drone and helicopter surveillance, as well as a plan to ensure everyone makes it home safely.
