Residents of Fresno’s Tower District came together over the weekend to paint a crosswalk with bright musical notes, flowers, peace signs, and other happy designs, sponsored by Councilwoman Annalisa Perea, with support from Root Access Hackerspace and Van Ness Village Mayor Derek Payton.
