California elections officials continue to count ballots as they come in.

Here’s a look at some of the races throughout the Central Valley with the latest update Friday evening:

Congressional District 22

Rep. David Valadao (R–Hanford) has punched his ticket to November as he is currently sitting at 43.3%.

Randy Villegas continues to hold his second-place position over Asm. Jasmeet Bains (D–Delano) 30.4% to 26.2%.

Senate District 4

Sen. Marie Alvarado-Gil (R–Jackson) continues to fall behind in her reelection bid, dropping to 27.4% and at risk of missing the November election.

Tuolumne County Supervisor Jaron Brandon leads the race at 40.1%, and it looks like Alexandra Duarte will join him on the November ballot as she is at 32.4%.

Assembly District 31

Fresno City Councilwoman Annalisa Perea has grown her lead in the 31st district race, coming in at 44.1%, with Jim Polsgrove maintaining his spot in the general election at 37.7%.

Sandra Celedon continues to trail far behind at 18.3%.

Assembly District 35

The south Valley race continues to see McFarland Mayor Saul Ayon and Bakersfield City COuncilman Andrae Gonzales in the top two spots at 39.3% and 34.7%, respectively. Ana Palacio is sitting on the outside at 25.9%.

Fresno City Council

District 1 candidates Rob Fuentes and Naindeep Singh remain close in the results, at 37.30% and 36.08%, respectively, and are set to advance to November, since the other two candidates – Joe Hinojosa and Monte Forkas – are both around 13%.

Asm. Joaquin Arambula (D–Fresno) has maintained his lead over Keshia Thomas – 28.23% to 26.85% – with both of them in line to advance to November in the District 3 race.

District 5 Councilman Brandon Vang gained ground over Danielle Parra, moving to 52.21% and closer to winning the seat outright in the primary.

In District 7, Nav Gurm and Ariana Martinez Lott continue to lead at 38.36% and 36.83%, putting them through to November.

Fresno County Supervisor

Nothing has changed in the Fresno County Supervisor races. Former Sheriff Margaret Mims continues to lead outright with over 64% of the vote in District 4, while Fresno City Councilman Mike Karbassi and Kerman Mayor Maria Pacheco are in line to advance to the runoff for District 1.

Kings County Supervisor

Garrett Gilcrease is still in a position to win the race outright, leading at 51.26%. Martin Chavez is in second at 38.23%, followed by Stefanie Silveira Chavez at 10.51%.

Madera County Supervisor

District 1 Supervisor Jordan Wamhoff and District 2 Supervisor David Rogers will both win their reelection bids, leaving the lone contested race to District 5.

Former Asm. Frank Bigelow continues to lead the District 5 race at 47.20%, followed by Mel Barker at 25.33%.

Merced County Supervisor

District 5 Supervisor Scott Silveira will retain his seat with over 65% of the vote, but District 3 Supervisor Daron McDaniel continues to trail Luis Lara by a significant margin – 58.67% to 41.08% – and will be ousted.

Tulare County Supervisor

District 4 Supervisor Eddie Valero is still headed for a runoff to retain his seat. He leads the race at 46.30%, followed by Ian Bakke at 37.77%.

Fresno County Judges

Marc Kapetan’s lead fell slightly, but with over 55% of the vote, he is set to secure an outright victory over Rosalina Nunez in the No. 3 race.

In the No. 6 race, Ashley Paulson remains close to the 50% margin, but at 47.93%, it looks as if she may have to face Steven Ueltzen (31.41%) in the November election.

Jeff Hammerschmidt continues to win the race outright, sitting at 52.03%. If he falls below a majority vote, he would be in line to face Jose Salazar in a runoff, who is at 32.81% in the No. 7 race.

Noelle Pebet has gained some votes over Eddie Ruiz in the No. 9 race and now leads 57.11% to 42.56%.
