Esmeralda Soria slams council over Granite Park takeover

Assemblymember Esmeralda Soria spoke in support of her husband, Terance Frazier, the president of the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation, after a judge sided with the City of Fresno in its takeover of the Granite Park Sports Complex.
