About Highway City
Our Project:
We believe art and culture are powerful bridges that break down barriers and bring people together across differences. They give voice to shared experiences, honor the history and heritage of our neighborhoods, and create spaces where residents can see themselves reflected in the story of our community.
Through creative expression — murals, music, storytelling, and public art — we transform underutilized spaces into places of pride and belonging.
In West Central Fresno, culture is not just an accessory to development; it is development, fostering unity, identity, and hope as we build toward a more connected and equitable future.
This project has been a labor of love, rooted in community, connection, and service.
