The Fresno Chamber of Commerce’s Agriculture Awards Celebration has been a long-standing tradition that has honored many people who have demonstrated a sincere commitment to the Fresno agricultural community through both personal efforts and leadership abilities. We are proud to bring you this year’s Agriculture Award Ceremony in November 2025

The Agricultural Employee of the Year Award honors some of the hardest-working hands in the Agriculture Industry of the greater Fresno area; the core team members whose dedicated efforts are essential to the success of their organization or company. This award is designed to honor those doing or managing the hands-on labor associated with agriculture production. Nominations should include information on how the candidate demonstrates a sound understanding of the business and how their efforts have contributed to a dynamic agricultural enterprise.

Criteria for 2026 Agricultural Employee of the Year Award:

Nominee has a dedicated history of showing grit and commitment to their role.
Nominee has demonstrated leadership to fellow team members and has shown an ability to work effectively with others.
Nominee has a strong understanding of the business and contributes to the enterprise.
