Fresno Chamber 2026 AGvocate of the Year Nomination Form

The Fresno Chamber of Commerce’s Agriculture Awards Celebration has been a long-standing tradition that has honored many people who have demonstrated a sincere commitment to the Fresno agricultural community through both personal efforts and leadership abilities.

The AGvocate of the year celebrates a person, business, group or organization which has played an integral role in the agricultural community through advocacy, leadership, innovation, service or other noteworthy action. Those in consideration can be from any background  as long as they are either from or work in the greater Fresno area and have positively contributed to the betterment of local agriculture. The winner must meet at least one of the following qualifications:
Criteria for 2026 AGvocate of the Year Award:
  1. Awardee has been a champion for the region’s agricultural community, bringing awareness and/or attention to issues and/or topics critical to the success of local farming and ranching.
  2. Awardee has demonstrated effective leadership which has sought to better the region’s agricultural community.
  3. Awardee has been a mentor to those who are making a difference in our agricultural community.
  4. Awardee has either developed or bettered an innovative product or service that has contributed to the success of the local agricultural community.
  5. Awardee has demonstrated creativity in addressing an existing agricultural challenge.
