Madera Police crack down on illegal ATV riders

Madera police safely recovered an ATV and returned a 14-year-old to his parents after finding him riding it near the Fresno River Trail, and arrested 25-year-old Luis Sucilla for absconding after finding him and another rider operating ATVs through a neighborhood.
