2026 Child-Friendly Business of the Year Award

In partnership with First 5 Fresno County, The Child-Friendly Business of the Year Award recognizes a Central Valley business or organization that goes above and beyond to support working parents and guardians, prioritizing work-life balance and cultivating thriving families. By embracing child-friendly practices, honorees showcase how such efforts can boost employee loyalty, reduce turnover, and enhance productivity, creating a win-win for families and businesses alike. Eligibility Criteria: a) Nominations are open to Chamber members and non-members. b) The nominating party must be an employee c) Business headquartered or located in Fresno County. d) Business must have been in operation for at least seven years. e) Previous winners of the First 5 Fresno County CFB Awards are not eligible.
