Noble Credit Union unveiled its new Fresno headquarters on Thursday, July 24, with a ribbon cutting that celebrated the past and looked ahead to a bright future.
“This new headquarters provides not only a modern, flexible workspace for our team but also a stronger foundation to better serve our members through the Central Valley not just today but for years to come,” said President and CEO Gino Cayanan.
“Speaking of our future, next year marks our 85th anniversary,” he said. “As we honor our legacy, we’re also preparing for what’s next.”
He noted that new branches are planned, including one across the street from the headquarters located at 7 E. River Park Place E, Ste. 110. Expanded services and deeper community engagement are also part of Noble’s long-term vision.
Chairperson Karen Bosch Cobb said the new headquarters represents more than a building. “It’s a reflection of our longstanding values, our integrity, our service, and our commitment to our members and our community. This new headquarters supports our strategic vision – positions us for continued growth, innovation, and impact.”
She thanked Noble employees for bringing the credit union’s values to life every day. Additionally, she thanked the credit union’s members, the Fresno Chamber of Commerce, neighbors, community members, and the California Credit Union League for their support.
“Together we’re not just cutting a ribbon; we’re opening a new chapter,” she said.
Longtime Noble member and Fresno City Councilmember Nick Richardson congratulated the credit union on the new headquarters. “It’s really enlightening and it’s really inspiring to have a partner like this in the city of Fresno, in the community, who is here to join with us as we look out for our financial health and the financial health of generations to come.”
Richardson, who represents the district where the headquarters is located, presented a certificate of welcome to Noble. Certificates were also presented by representatives of U.S. Rep. Tom McClintock, Assemblymember David Tangipa, and state Sen. Shannon Grove.
As the celebration unfolded, Cayanan summed up the spirit of the event: “We’re proud of our past, excited for our future, and grateful to stand here today with all of you.”
