Fresno Chamber Supports Measure M

Fresno, CA (February 28, 2020) – The Fresno Chamber of Commerce is pleased to support Measure M, the bond on the March 3 ballot to help modernize Fresno Unified School District’s campuses and facilities. The Measure will provide $325 million in funding to continue the District’s modernization efforts at campuses district wide.

“A good education is critical to future success in the workforce,” said Chamber President/CEO Nathan Ahle. “Fresno Unified has made great strides in improving student success and the increased funding from Measure M will help improve and modernize facilities across the District to continue that great progress. We encourage all Fresnans to vote yes on this important initiative.”

The Fresno Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest business organizations in the Central Valley, with approximately 1,200 member businesses representing over 74,000 employees. The Chamber’s mission is to “promote and support the success of the regional business community through effective advocacy, education and relationship building.”
